One address reaches the desk that writes the ledger, and the useful letters change it.
The desk reads one address: contact@rinihotel.com. Every message is read, and the useful ones enter the ledger: a rate band that has moved, a house that has changed hands, a bus that no longer meets the train, a table that has earned or lost its eggs.
What to send
- Rate corrections: the page, the season you stayed and the figure you actually paid, in euros.
- Breakfast evidence: a table worth its marks, or one that has lost them; say which house and when.
- Station and transport news: the walk times change when the buses do, and the notebook keeps score.
- Partnership and sponsored content questions: read the sponsored content page first, it answers most of them.
What the desk cannot do
It does not book rooms, hold beds or mediate between guests and houses; a reservation belongs to the platform or the house you made it with. It does not accept paid reviews, and no note on this site can be bought, which is written down in the editorial policy. Offers to purchase the domain are not answered. Legal notices belong to the terms page, and privacy questions to the privacy page. For everything else, including arguments about the marks given to a table in the alpine breakfast report, the address above is open.
